Validation not limited to changed fields

When a node validates, it validates all the fields in a node.
Since validation means that the content of a field is retrieved (including huge blobs), any change on a binary node takes up unneeded resources for the 'uncahnged' fields (who generally do not need validation).
It seems better for performance to only validate changed fields, or fields on a new node.

I think it is a setting.

On every 'restriction' you can indicate when it must be validated .'always', 'onchange' , 'oncreate' or 'never'.

So, I think if it is a perfomranc eissue the enforce certain restricatrions 'always' on e.g. blobs, it should probably be enough the loosen the 'enforcement' of the datatype restriction.

Made validation dependent on restriuctions (Datatype now has a getEnforceStrength() method that retiurns the macximum enforcestrength if a datatype's retsrictions. This can be used to check whether the type needs validation)
