sometimes too large postings couse errors (exceptions)

    there seem to be more issues than one.
    at least it is not clear if the message subject or post is too long, and it is not clear what too long is.
    Apart from that some 'heep space' problems have been reported, but can not be reproduced.

made the max size of post subjects and bodies configurable, also added better checks on these values. Added new error messages
