When deleting a site user account enable deletion of related account stuff

    When a site user node is deleted other user account related nodes like avatar pictures remain in the cloud.

    Note: until this is made possible it is preferred to only disable an account, this has the nice benefit by the way that no new user accounts with same email addresses and account names can be made.

User accounts get deleted by marking the user as BLOCKED and marking all the users content with owner 'deleted:owner' (f.e. deleted:23456).
