Bug

• [MMB-1300] - Can not search on all security contexts

• [MMB-1869] - 'get' processor of the datatype should also work in cluster nodes.
• [MMB-1881] - org.mmbase.bridge.ContextProvider#getCloudContext(String uri) is not pluggable.
